By accessing or using Wer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you may not use Wer.

MODIFICATION OF SERVICE

Wer reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of its service at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changing the availability of content.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in and to Wer's technology, software, systems, and other materials are reserved by Wer. Except as may be necessary for your use of Wer's services, you will not reproduce, modify or distribute any such material without our prior written permission.

ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your password and username, as well as the security of your computer and internet connection.

USE OF SERVICE

Wer's services may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You agree not to use Wer's service to: infringe on any third party's rights; interfere with or disrupt others' use of the service; engage in spamming, phishing, or other unauthorized activities.

TERMINATION

Wer may terminate this Agreement immediately upon notice if you breach any provision hereof. Upon termination, all provisions which by their nature survive termination shall survive and continue to be binding on you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Wer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration according to these rules.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Wer regarding your use of the service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
